Rev. Doug Brumbaugh
Senior Pastor
Pastor Doug has been involved in Ministry since 1966. He has served as a Youth Pastor, Children's Pastor, Associate Pastor and Senior Pastor over the years. Educational opportunities came through Pasadena College and Nazarene Bible College. He has held various positions with the Church of the Nazarene and has been elected to serve on the Oregon Pacific District Advisory Board assisting the District Superintendent. Pastor Doug and his wife Helen have served at BNC for over eight years. His firm belief is that every person needs to be viewed from the eyes of Jesus. Everyone is valuable in the body of Christ and has an irreplaceable role in God's mission in the world!

Brent & Casey Anderson
Music Director
Brent and Casey grew up at BNC and have returned with their family to serve part time as our music director and Children's worker. His desire is to see people come on any Sunday morning and be real, whether it means singing at the top of their lungs, hands raised up or bowing at the altar in silent prayer. If you want your vocal or musical gifts to be used by God, Brent is the guy to talk to. Casey currently leads children's church during the morning service and works with Jennifer in our children's ministry.

Mark Porterfield
Youth Pastor
Pastor Mark has been serving as BNC's youth pastor since June of 08. He joined the BNC team after finishing his time at Nazarene Theological Seminary studying Christian Education. He is also a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University where he studied Religion and Youth Ministries. Mark loves ministering among youth and counts himself a better person and Christian for having this group as friends.

Pastor's Administrative Assistant & Office Secretary
Sharon serves as Pastor Doug's administrative assistant and works as the office secretary as well. Though she would not admit it, Sharon's irreplaceable work behind the scenes helps BNC run smoothly. Sharon and her husband Cliff have been valuable BNC family members for years.

Luis Garcia
Latino Ministry Pastor
Pastor Luis serves as BNC's pastor to the Spanish-speaking part of our congregation. His heart and passion for reaching the larger community with Christ's love is contagious, much like the Spirit's energy in our Spanish worship service Sunday mornings. Luis has been a member at BNC for years and brings and church planting experience to our team. We are blessed to have Pastor Luis leading on the BNC team.
